Land Development and Terminal Space Leasing
It’s estimated that about 1 million people visit the Hayden W. Head Terminal each year. These travelers and visitors are looking for unique services during the time they spend inside the airport.
Additionally, the City of Corpus Christi owns approximately 2600 acres of land at the airport. We have space available for the potential development of commercial, retail, and aeronautical facilities.
International Business Center
The International Business Center consists of 80 acres of land located just off Highway 44. This property is located close to major transportation routes, rail, and the Port of Corpus Christi. The land is prepared for utilities and is designated as a mixed-use development. The main tenant of the International Business Center is FedEx Ground.
The airport actively seeks to establish public-private partnerships with companies that can benefit from our location.
Tenant Modification Request
A Tenant Modification Request is required for all new construction, or any alteration, modification, addition, or subtraction, to any leased space (whether owned by CCIA or a private entity).
