We offer an efficient grab-and-go menu inspired by the flavors of the Gulf Coast Capital Bar & Grill, featuring pre-made and quick-serve items like hearty burgers, sandwiches, salads, and a selection of local barbecue favorites from Nueces Brewing Co. for a true taste of the area.

    Gulf Coast Capital Bar and Grill offers the perfect setting to enjoy exceptional food and a vibrant atmosphere before your departure. Our menu features a wide selection of delicious options, including burgers, sandwiches, and salads, as well as a taste of local barbecue from Nueces Brewing Co. For the sports enthusiast, multiple televisions are available for viewing, and our full-service bar provides a comprehensive selection of cocktails and beverages to suit any preference.

      Island Joe's Coffee & Gift Shop brings a taste of local charm to travelers. Located conveniently near the terminal exit, Island Joe's offers a welcoming atmosphere with a selection of delicious coffees and sweet treats, perfect for a pre-flight pick-me-up or a relaxing moment before departure.

       

      The gift shop features a curated collection of Corpus Christi-themed merchandise, showcasing the best of local retailers. Island Joe's provides a delightful shopping experience, allowing visitors and residents alike to take a piece of Corpus Christi with them.

        Nueces Brewing Bar & Outdoor Patio

        The Nueces Brewing Bar is located between gates 1 and 3 and features a horsehoe-shaped bar, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a variety of beverages, including specialty beers, handcrafted cocktails, and wines.

        Directly behind the bar is a 1,200-square-foot elevated outdoor patio and observation deck, which features an animal relief area. The space serves as both an extension of the bar, offering travelers a place to enjoy a beverage and an observation deck where passengers can enjoy fresh air, observe aircraft landing and departing, and take 180-degree views of the airfield and beyond.
