Airport Public Safety

The Corpus Christi International Airport Public Safety (Police, Fire, EMS) is staffed 24 hours each day to provide law enforcement, firefighting and emergency medical services to customers and facilities at the Airport. Airport Public Safety Officers are cross trained to provide the help that is needed to keep customers and the public safe while on airport property.

In the event of an aircraft incident or a structure fire, the airport public safety department activates firefighting and emergency medical mutual aid responses from the City of Corpus Christi and surrounding areas. This partnership provides crew strength and paramedic level medical care at Corpus Christi International Airport.

The Corpus Christi International Airport Public Safety (Police, Fire, EMT) consists of 20 officers, including police, aircraft rescue and EMT fire fighters.
